tonytParticipantJust upgraded. Tap forms loads but all I get is the TapForms toolbar and nothing else!
Any ideas?

tonytParticipantTapforms is there somewhere because when I quit ti from the tool bar it backed up. Also got some weird preferences windows with loads of odd patterns in them, when I tried to get a screen grab it doesn’t show up the patterns and distortion.

tonytParticipantIt now seems to load OK – I did nothing to help – now the app SOMETIMES locks and the screen SOMETIMES freezes when i try to either change view within a form OR change forms……..

tonytParticipantIn fact, its unusable. Having got it to work after a fashion and sync, it has now lost its list of registered devices – the Mac was switched on all the time, it was not after a reboot they vanished. By the way, I am using an iMac on OSX 10.10.3 and TF 3.5 I am syncing through the cloud to an iPad Air2 IOS 8.2 and an AirBook on 10.10.3 and TF 3.0.3

BrendanKeymasterHi Tony,
Delete it and re-download it from the Mac App Store. This happened to someone else today and doing that fixed it.
Also enter the following command into the Terminal application window:
defaults delete com.tapforms.mac
And then in the Preferences window, click on the new Sync button and select iCloud for syncing if you were using that before the update.
Thanks,
Brendan

tonytParticipantDelete just the app from apps folder, or everything? Do I do the terminal thing before or after I delete TForms?
Thanks Brendan for swift reply.May 12, 2015 at 3:20 AM #13677
tonytParticipantHi Brendan
Sorry about a separate post. Heres the link from my second post so hopefully you can tie the two together….
