    We corresponded on this a while ago, for some reason I cannot write a review. Apple Store insists that I must purchase tap forms first, which of course I did, long ago…

    Hi David,

    Thanks for trying. Are you logged into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to purchase Tap Forms with? And are you trying to review the correct version? The Tap Forms LT version has different reviews than the regular Tap Forms version on iPhone, which of course is separate from the HD version for iPad and the Mac version.
