    I am using version 5.2.10 on an iPad pro.I have approximately 65 forms which are used regularly. One has disappeared, but I can fine it when I do a general search. Through troubleshooting, when I change the category it appears in the Forms list but once I leave the form, it goes away again. Performing the search again, I find it and can change to a different category and it re-appears.
    Also, there is no “Uncategorized” section is my forms list but it shows when I edit or create a new form as an option. Suggestions?
