Update 2.2.3 for Mac: Download Problems?

Is anybody else having problems downloading the Mac 2.2.3 update from the App Store?

When I try to update, it states, “It error has occurred. Tap Forms Organizer and Secure Database failed to download. Use the purchases page to try again.”

Hi Rockies,

I would suggest signing out of the Mac App Store and then signing back in and then trying the download again. It’s probably not a Tap Forms specific problem. I know other customers have successfully updated to 2.2.3.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it is still not working.

I logged out of the App Store, restarted my computer, and logged in again, but there was no change in the outcome.

I’ll wait a few days and try again.

There was something wrong with my App Store cache. I tried calling Apple, but they wanted to bill me $19.99 for a support call.
