I am using the updated version. Is there a way to get the same field to appear in two different locations in a record? I would want this simply for convenience – it would allow me to quickly glance at my layout and get some info I use regularly without having to scroll down.

Secondly, and this is a minor annoyance, but the number of records that shows where my forms are displayed doesn’t match the actual number of records. Is there a way to correct this?

    Hi there,

yes, with a little trick you can use the same field in one record. Just use the calculation field like

    field1
    calculationfield 2 with the formula = field1

just remember to set the correct result type…text, number ….

    That’s a good tip Leo!

You can also drag the same field in more than one time to a custom layout on the Mac version.

Brian, try changing the First Sort Field on your form temporarily to something else and then back again.

Try adding or removing a record from that form to tell Tap Forms to re-calculate the record count there.
