Trouble Syncing

    db numbers differ on iMac and iPhone and don’t see each other on Nearby to SYNC.

    iMac OS 10.15.7
    TapForms v 5.3.18 on iMac

    iPhone iOS 14.4.1
    TapForms v 5.3.7 on iPhone

    Need help.

    You need to have the same document ID’s on both devices as the sync is keyed on the document ID. You’ll need to send the document from either the Mac to the phone or the other way around so that you have the same document. I’d personally probably send it from the phone to the desktop and then use the desktop to export the records and import them to the new document on your phone. Make backups :D
