    On the iPad (not on the iPhone), the images displayed in one of my forms have become very blurry. This happens after I make a change to the record. If I don’t touch it, the image remains sharp. The actual photo shows normally. I’m using the most recent version of the app on my iPad Pro with the latest version of the iOS. Thanks

    Oh yuck. That is very blurry.

    By latest iOS version, do you mean the latest iOS 11 version or the latest iOS 12 beta version?

    Try changing the thumbnail size for that Photo field and see if Tap Forms re-generates the icons.
