Text field when using pick list

Hi
I am new to using tap forms and was wondering if someone could help me.
I am creating a new form and using a few pick lists under the text field. I was hoping that as well as the pick list I could also add in some written notes to accompany what I chose in the pick list. It seems to do that on a few of the sections. But not on others. And I don’t know why.
Is there a way that I can make this happen on all the fields where I have also used a pick list.

Hello Emily,

Are you using any multi-select pick lists? And is this on the iPad? If so, then you can’t edit pick list values on the iPad when you’re using a multi-select pick list. Whatever values you select from the pick list will be put into the field.

Thanks. Yes they are multi select pick lists.
So if I needed to add in any information to that section I should just add a note?

Yes, I would suggest using a Note field along side your Text field with the pick list.
