Tap forms Pro on more than one machine

I’m not sure if this is the right place to be asking a subscription question but my guess is there will be a number of you have had the same question.

I have just upgraded from 5 to Pro. With 5 I was able to have Taps 5 installed on both my wife’s machine and my own using my registration number.

Now, however, my license has come through the App Store and is thus tied to my Apple ID and my wife’s machine is tied to her Apple ID.

Does this mean that now I will need to subscribe to two separate licenses tied to, our separate IDs?

Please understand this is absolutely not a moan. If I need to I’m more than happy to take another license ……………… but if I don’t I’ll be happier still!

Thanks for upgrading to Tap Forms Pro!

If you choose the Family plan, then you can share that with up to 6 family members (including yourself) for one price. You just have to have them setup in your Apple Family Sharing group.

I have a similar question regarding multiple users:

I am the Musical Director of a band, and I like using Tap Forms 5 for organizing our music. There are three people associated with the band who should have access to the digital library – the Musical Director, the Assistant Director and the Librarian.

We are a non-profit organization, and there’s virtually no way we can afford Tap Forms Pro at 3x the price. And the three people using the program would not be in a “family,” so Family Sharing isn’t an option for us.

Is there any way for us to still make use of Tap Forms Pro (multiple users in a single organization)? Maybe a specific price for the organization and a single login with a user limit?

Hi Linden,

I don’t have that kind of pricing option for Tap Forms Pro. It’s all managed through the Apple App Stores. So the only way to share the license is to be in the same Family Sharing group. Otherwise, each person needs their own copy.
