Tap Forms Mac 5 quit unexpectedly

I cannot open tapforms, only see this error when attempting to launch. Mac 10.13.4

Hi Kent,

The solution is to update to the latest 5.3.x version of Tap Forms Mac:

https://vendors.paddle.com/download/product/503174

This was caused by an expired certificate.

I had the same problem, found the post above, downloaded the new version – but cannot install it. It requires a higher OS. I work with El Capitan. Version 5.1.1 does not work anymore. What can I do???

Hi Susanne,

For the 5.1.4 version, please download this build:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/w6zz9b4ljphdsuo/Tap%20Forms%20Install%205.1.4-new-cert.dmg?dl=0

That will solve the problem for El Capitan. The certificate in that one won’t expire for another 17 years. And hopefully you’ll be able to update to newer versions of Tap Forms before then :)

Thanks for that quick answer – your support is really great! But I get the same error as before after I installed this version – it won’t open…I had been asked whether I want to replace the newer (5.3.4) version by the older one (that one you told me), I agreed, but it does not open…

I tried once more, trashed the previous version manually, installed 5.1.1 again and then your update – this time it opened ! Thanks very much !!!
