This is actually an annoyance for me from previous versions of Tap Forms for iOS. Sometimes I’ll accidentally tap New Record, and then tap back without entering any information. A blank record is created in my list. There are no fields on the form that auto populate with any data (like date fields, etc.). The record is completely empty of my data.
I wish the record would simply disappear/delete if there is no data at all. As a model, look at the iOS Notes.app. If you tap new note, then tap back without entering data, the note disappears.
