    I am unable to synchronise a document with several forms. I get the message:

    Synchronization has failed
    Error sending to server.: Invalid attachment data for icon, 400

    Searching previous forum items, I see that this might be an invalid form icon. I have tried changing some icons, without it making any difference. I then removed all form icons (replacing them with the blank icon in the top left hand corner of the drop-down selection box). Again – I get the same result.

    Can you help?

    Ya, that usually fixes that problem.

    Do you have any forms that have no icons? Try setting one if so.

    Are you using Cloudant sync? That error comes up usually with Cloudant sometimes.

    As suggested, I replaced all the blank icons with what I thought was the standard icon – a writing pad with a pencil across it. That solved the problem, and it is now synching correctly.

    Yes – I am using Cloudant to synchronise. It’s always worked ok until now. Incidentally, we hadn’t set any icons manually before – the icons seemed to have been selected by the system automatically.

    Anyway – problem solved for the present – many thanks
