Sync problem

    Yet again…
    Tap Forms 5.3.45, Mac Ventura, iPad 17.7.1. Nearby sync. Won’t sync. On the setting pages on both devices the other device has a red light. Restarted both. Removed the iPad from the Mac. Can’t add it back.
    What should I try next?
    It’s been working OK for a long time, although I had trouble in the past.

    PS. I’ve felt I should upgrade to the Pro version, it is worth it, but 1) I wanted to make sure it was stable, and 2)I don’t have time to fuss with any possible re-working. But I will, eventually, do so.
