Sync problem

    I have had Tap Forms for awhile and I am having trouble syncing. I tried iCloud no luck – so I got Drop Box no luck. I have attached what I am seeing. I have searched and tried several of the things I have seen on how to solve this and have tried it several times.

    Hi Ron,

    It could mean that you don’t have the exact same encryption key set on each device. If it’s off by even just one character or not set on your Mac but is set on your iPad, then that’ll cause that error.

    You’ll need to make sure they’re identical on both devices, then you must follow the Reset Sync procedure as outlined in the online user manual here:
