Sync Issue (DROPBOX)

    My keys are the same, it states Sync Done! Yet my Mac has 10 records and my iPhone shows 7 records. I have tried syncing over and over again for the last hour with no luck. My dropbox shows Sync files being added to my dropbox yet the app doesn’t show any changes on the iPhone. Please help!

    Hi Anthony,

    Try following the Reset Sync procedure exactly as written here:

    It’s at the bottom of the above page.

    That should get you going again. As long as all devices appear in the list of Registered Devices it should work. If one is missing on either side, it won’t work.

    You could also try selecting the None sync service to sign-out of Dropbox and then re-select Dropbox and re-authenticate.
