Summation of column

    I want to do something very simple but cannot figure it out. I just want to sum a list of amounts in a field. I have the list view but how to I get the total (sum) of the column at the bottom.

    Hi ct4,

    Set the Calculation Type on your field to be set to “Total”. Once you’ve done that you’ll see the total appear at the bottom of the records list view. You need to click the Sigma button to display the summary row. I’m assuming you’re talking about the Mac version in multi-column list view. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
