Suggestion Box: Multiday Selection in Date field

Just downloaded tap forms and so far so good.

I’m creating a log book form for students to record their workplace training.

One limitation I’ve found is I cannot give the students a method of selecting a date range, only a single date. Most work experience is done over the course of a week or two and each session only requires one record.

Can you suggest a way to do this?

Hi Garry,

Would 2 dates work for you? A Start Date and an End Date? You could then add a Calculation field which calculated the number of days between the two dates.

That could work, i’ll give it a shot. Thanks for the quick reply.

Another suggestion:

Is it on the cards to have an option to publish the forms created in Tap Forms? Basically just have the data entry front end as a webpage feeding back to the database. That way I could distribute it amongst students without worry of them changing the backend.

I don’t have plans on adding a web publishing option to Tap Forms. But I’ll take your suggestion as a +1 vote for that feature.
