Ger WolthuisParticipantI am currently testing Tapforms Pro (as super-enthusiastic user of Tapforms 5 for years!).
I had hoped that a few minor imperfections from Tapforms 5 would have been fixed with the pro version, but I don’t think that is the case.
They are the following:
– from the “Date and Time” feature, it is possible to set a notification in Apple’s Reminders app. I find this very convenient, but: most of the time, it doesn’t work. That is, it does get placed in Reminders, but it then does not function correctly (e.g. triggering at the specified time). I have tested it many times, and very sometimes it goes well (in 10% of the time?) but most of the time it does not.
– if you turn on ‘repeating per hour‘ in the “Date and Time” feature, you see that in Reminders it says repeating per day.
– in a Notes field, you cannot add URL links to (parts of) text, which I think is a standard macOS text function.I hope this can be fixed Brendan; it would make Tapforms even more useful for me!

BrendanKeymasterHi Ger,
Thanks for the bug report.
I’ll look into these issues.
I didn’t make any changes to the Date & Time field for the Pro version, so that would explain why it’s behaving the same as Tap Forms 5.
What macOS version are you using?
THanks,
Brendan

Ger WolthuisParticipantMeanwhile, I upgraded to macOS 26.0.1 and these are my findings with the “date & time” feature:
– the first time (in both TF5 and TFPro) it works fine.
– a next time (so when I want to set a new alarm and delete the old date) it doesn’t work: a Reminder is created (in both TF5 and TFPro), but it doesn’t trigger an alarm
– the ‘repeat’ function does not work properly with TF5 as described on 30 October
– the ‘repeat’ function does not work with TFPro because the button does not work (sorry, Dutch macOS):Attachments:

Ger WolthuisParticipantAs a follow-up to my previous post: in TFPro, resubmitting a Reminder does work!
