Laura MedinaParticipantHola, uso TapForms hace muchos años, ahora me pase al pro con la esperanza de no tener problemas de sincronización y me siguen sucediendo. No da error, simplemente no hace algunos cambios, cambios simples de texto.

Laura MedinaParticipantThe consultation is in English, let’s see if I’m lucky!
Hello, I have been using TapForms for many years, now I upgraded to the pro in the hope of not having synchronization problems and they keep happening to me. It doesn’t give an error, it just doesn’t make some changes, simple text changes.

BrendanKeymasterHello Laura,
Please update to Tap Forms Pro 1.2.1 and see if that solves your issue. But I also recommend trying out the Cloud+ Sync service. It still uses your iCloud account. It’s just a more efficient sync algorithm.
Also update your iOS devices to iOS 26.4.1 to fix a bug with Apple’s iCloud syncing system.

Donna62ParticipantI am also having serious problems with synchronization. At this point, to change to the Cloud+ Sync I have to duplicate each database, then change the name of the file for shared databases. If the name is not changed, TapForms Pro opens the file originally synced with plain old iCloud sync, at least on iOS, even when tapping on the Cloud+ choice for the file. I am also unable to get rid of all the old versions of the files in iCloud drive, which is very, very annoying, as well as taking up iCloud storage space. When I tried to stay with the old iCloud sync, not all shared databases were updating correctly, even when being edited by the owner of the database. And yes, on iOS TapForms Pro crashes every time I try to sync a new database, and then does not show the database as having opened on the iPhone/iPad; it shows it as still being available for download from the cloud instead of being synced.
To say this is frustrating would be a vast understatement. Yes, I’ve found a set of complex steps that will make it work, but it should not be this hard to share data.

Tom BradleyParticipantSame for me. Sync is simply not happening across my iOS devices in multiple forms. I find myself in the situation where I can no longer trust this app.

BrendanKeymasterI have a fix for the crash syncing on iOS coming soon. It was due to using too much memory when syncing large documents.
If Tap Forms is opening the wrong version of a document you duplicated, make sure you use the Tap Forms Duplicate Document function. If you duplicate a document in the Finder, then there can be a conflict with the internal Document ID that’s used to identify the document in iCloud when syncing.
Did you update to iOS 26.4.1? And macOS 26.4.1?
