I am music librarian for a symphonic wind ensemble and I also have a collection of my own sheet music. This Tap Forms template was designed to keep track of the items that we have in our library, our repertoire (simply mark the piece ID# as “REP ONLY”), and pieces we need to / or wish to acquire (mark the piece ID# as ‘WISH LIST”). There is also plenty of room for notes, performance history so you know when you played the piece last, who the conductor and soloists were, etc.
This form was created in Version 3.5.19 of TapForms so probably would not work in the newer version. This is the first time I have tried to make a template to share and I am not sure that I have done it correctly. Hope it does and that someone will enjoy using it.
