Selecting non-adjacent records to print

    I’d like to be able to select non-adjacent records to print a report. I can shift-click to select a range of adjacent records, but the usual Control-Click doesn’t work for non-adjacent records.
    Any ideas?

    Did you try command-click?

    Hi Mike,

    On the multi-column list view you can’t select discontiguous records. But you can when you’re using the Single Column List View.
