Selecting Fields in Tables

Is there a way to display different fields for a single table that appears in multiple layouts?

I have two Layouts that display the same table, but I’d like the table to display one group of fields in Layout 1 and a different group of fields in Layout 2. Is this possible?

Hi Chris,

Not at the moment. The list of fields to display is actually tied to the Table field itself, so wherever that Table field (and Link to Form field) is displayed gets the same set of columns to display.

But it is something I’d like to remedy for a future version. At least to be able to change it on custom layouts different from what’s on the Default Layout.

Hi Brenden,

I guess I can workaround it by creating a second Table field that pulls the same data. I imagine that will allow me to present a different (separate) list of fields.

Yes, certainly a separate Table field would work for that.
