Returns to home screen when customising

Hello

I just started using tapforms to keep records of my patients (i’m a physiotherapist). When customising forms, when I tap on Note field type – Field options – default value –

The screen goes blank and returns to the home screen. Tried rebooting my ipad, the error occurs every time.

Can you please look into that?

Replied in private email, but just so other forum members know, this issue has been fixed for the next update to be released to Apple this week.
