There’s no automatic function that does that. But a better idea might be to create Saved Searches which will filter out any records that have the Cancellation Date set. That way you can always go back to look to see who cancelled and what date they cancelled. But you don’t have to have them cluttering up your list. A Saved Search can filter them out.
