    I have four databases
    Posters
    Artists
    Bands
    Brokers
The Posters have can have 3 versions, 1, 2 or 3
What I need when I look at the Poster is the Artist or Artists that drew it and
The Band or Bands that are on it
As well as the each Broker that is selling it, the price and which version or versions

I would like to look at each of the four databases and see the other three represented

How do I do that? I have tried many variations and can not get it to work

    thank you in advance

    Hi Scott,

There’s a chapter in the online user manual that describes how to setup relationships between forms:

    https://www.tapforms.com/help-mac/5/en/topic/relationships

Have you had a chance to look through it?

You can create multiple Link to Form fields which link to different tables. The child records will be able to see their parent records if you have the “Show Inverse Relationship” option turned on for your Link to Form field. The child forms won’t be able to see the records from the other child forms that you’ve linked from the parent record.

Try and build yourself a hierarchy of relationships, like a tree.
