    Hi Brendan – Happy New Year!

    I have developed a form, to enable me to record dates on which various daily, weekly or monthly tasks are due. Within this I have a search, which uses calculated (hidden) fields to determine what tasks are due “Today” – these calculations compare the date or day of the week when the task is due to today’s date and day.

    On the Mac, I need to refresh the records list, in order to force a recalculation, and therefore show which tasks are due today. However, I mainly developed this to use on my iPhone, and cannot see where the Refresh Lists command is.

    Can you let me know where this is for the iPhone and iPad?

    I can’t find this ‘pull-to-refresh’ thingy on my iphone (7/ ios 12.4 something). What am I missing?

    Don’t suppose you would share the form? I have tried and got nowhere, not good at formulas and stuff!!!

    It’s a general question. In reply #33263 Brendan says

    I would like to make a script that gets my records with to-do date in the future and if the date is tomorrow it moves it to a to-do-tomorrow list.

    I searched for a pull-to-refresh sign on iphone Tapforms form record list, but couldn’t find it..

    In the records list screen for a form that has calculations/scripts, if you pull down like you’re trying to scroll past the top and if you pull it/hold it long enough it should popup with a message at the top of the screen saying “recalculating” or similar.

    Thanks for that. What I was trying to ask for was if John would share his form template on the exchange as I have been trying to build something but am getting nowhere as no good with formulas etc!
