Print with linked field

    I want to print a form which has a linked field with quite a few entries. When I print it only shows 5 of the entries. Is there any way to have all the entries print?

    Hi Ray,

    I’m sorry but due to the format generated for linked records (a table of values), I could only reasonably fit about 5 fields in there. Any more than that and it would get too crowded.

    I think I’ll go for a note to get everything in. I tried out a longish note and found not all of it printed when I printed the record. But I can copy and put it in a Word doc which is actually what I think I need to do most in any case.

    Hi Ray,

    Ya, at the moment printing out a very long Note requires that the content of that note fit within one page.
