When using a multi select pick list, is there a way to allow the user to not only pick as many choices they want, but also to add other text they type in as well? Sometimes the pick list that I had created for the user may not have all of the choices they want to see and may need to add others on the fly.

Hi Vince,
On the Mac version you can add additional data, but not the iPad version. And on the iPhone version you can tap into the field and enter extra data into the field, but depending on what you want to add, it may not be practical because you have only a single line text field to enter in data.
