What does the pencil and paper icon next to forms in the forms list mean? Some of my forms have this icon next to the name, some do not.

    Hi Imari,

THat’s just the default icon when you create a new form. You can use any icon you like for your forms to represent a concept or idea. For example, a chefs hat might be nice for a recipes form. Or a car might be nice to represent a vehicle maintenance form. Just whatever you want that helps you to easily identify a form without always having to read the form name. You can even use Emojis.

On Mac, to change a form icon, click the Form button to display the form properties. Then click the box to the left of the form name. Choose an icon or select from the available Emojis. Or choose your own photo.

On iOS, go to the Customize Form screen for your form, then tap on the icon to the left of the form name. You can choose any of the icons provided or use an Emoji or use the camera to take a photo or select a photo from your Photos library.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
