PDF in TF note field not visable in iOS

    I added 2 PDFs to a Note field on my MacBookPro 14″ using OSX 27, Golden Gate.
    The PDFs are visible on my Mac and show the content.
    On my iPhone with iOS 27.0, I can see 2 page icons that are greyed out. I can’t see the content of either PDF.

    I don’t see any mention of this incompatibility of the iOS and PDFs in the manual. Do I have to replace the PDFs with JPGs? I thought for sure I had used PDFs in TapForms before without problems.

    Hi Glen,

    I wouldn’t put a PDF in a Note field. I’d put them in a Photo or File Attachment field. Then they should display on iOS.
