I upgraded to the full version from within the programme but the icon remained the same and I wasn’t getting the update alerts. So I downloaded Tap Forms again hoping to force the programme to update and expecting to get the message that I had already purchased it. Unfortunately I didn’t and now find that I have been charged twice – is there any way to sort this out please?
There’s unfortunately nothing that I am able to do about this. But I’m pretty sure that Apple will be happy to refund you one of the purchases. They’re very good about that sort of thing. Apple handles the entire payment and refund process for all app developers. So just use iTunes feedback and then tell them what happened. I’m sure they’ll sort it out.
But as far as the functionality, Tap Forms LT and Tap Forms are identical once you’ve upgraded via the in-app purchase. The ONLY difference is the LT underneath the app icon.
