It seems that the Notes field content will only display 5 lines and then gets cut off. The only way to view more is to click into the notes field.
Is there a way to display all of the content? Or is there another field that will display more content than this?
It is inconvenient for the particular form I’m trying to build to have to click into the notes field and leave the main form view.

Yes, you can see more if you like.
Go to the Customize Form screen, then tap on your Note field. Then tap on Field Options.
Set the # Summary Lines option to more than 5. If you want to always display every line of content, then set it to 0 and Tap Forms will always display all the content of the Note field.
