Not Backing Up on Quit after 5.3.16 Update

FYI: (In case someone else runs into this.)

After I updated from 5.3.14 to 5.3.16, the ‘Backup on quit:’ option, in the Preferences/General panel, stopped working. Whenever I quit Tap Forms, no backup occurred. And, even though the ‘Backups folder:’ option was set to the correct folder & path, the ‘Latest backups:’ field was empty.

However, after resetting the Backups folder path, by selecting ‘Choose…’, everything backup was working again.

This occurred using High Sierra.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for reporting this. That’s odd because I didn’t change that code that handles backups.

I’m glad resetting the folder fixed it.
