I have the same Problem. I own a iPhone, iPad and a MacBook Pro.
There is a also an iMac. When I add the iMac for synch the I have the same Message.
One OS X (Mavericks the latest) and the IOS Devices works.
If I reset iCloud-Synch then hothing happen. It happens only if I add a second OS X device.
Please help.
Regards Michael
Hi,
Check out the key code you’ve set in security settings. If you’ve installed this TF version fresh the settings are set to (null). set them back with your code. The code must be equal on all devices.
I don’t use a key code. Never.
Oke, you’re right. I had this too. I’m resetting sync now and see what happens.
Brendan, somehow the syncing is broken once in a while.
I would still recommend setting the encryption key even if you never used it before. Just go into the Security Settings screen, then click (or tap) on the Set Encryption Key button. Then set a key and Save it. Then Reset iCloud Sync.
One customer told me recently they had to go in and tap on Change Encryption Key and they set it back to the same value they had it to before and then it worked fine after that.
Thanks,
Brendan
All sorted Brendan, THANKS!!!
