No import or export folder

    I am trying to import a csv file via ftp. These folders do not exist and even if u create them nothing appears. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Dan,

    I know I answered this question via email, but I’m responding here in case anyone else sees it too. Plus I know that I took care of this question.

    There is a bug in Tap Forms for iOS right now which is not creating the Share and Imports and Exports folders if iCloud sync is not enabled.

    If you’re comfortable with the FTP software which it sounds like you are, please create a Share folder first, then inside that create the Imports folder and the Exports folder.

    When you view the Files list, Tap Forms is displaying the contents of the Share folder.

    I have this fixed in 3.9.3 which I plan on sending to Apple for review next week.
