No forms other than "My Forms" showing up under "All Forms"

How can I gain access the the pre-installed forms if they aren’t showing up when I create a new database?

Hi Peter,

You an open up the Sample Forms document and use the Export Form Template function to export a template that you want to have in the new document.

Then in the new document use the Import Form Template function in the File menu to import it into your new document.
