I’m a TAP Forms user currently on MAC and iPhone. I just bought a new MAC and wondering how do I transfer the TAP Forms app and data from the OLD MAC to the new one.

Well, the first thing you need to do is install the app on your new Mac. You can do that easily by logging into the Mac App Store using the same Apple ID you used to purchase it initially. Then click on the Purchases button. You’ll see an Install button next to Tap Forms. Click on it to install.
Second, you can either enable iCloud sync on both Macs, then click the Sync Now button on your OLD Mac. Wait for your new Mac to auto-sync.
Alternatively you can use the Backup… function from the File menu to make a backup file, then transfer that backup file over to your new Mac and then use the Restore… function from the File menu there.
