    Hey Brendan,
Tap Forms Pro has been out for about 5 months now. I know the first few months require fixing those nasty little bugs that crawl out of the woodwork once an app hits the mainstream, but I’m wondering if you’ve got any plans to add new features to the iPad version. I’d love to see the ability to create forms, a dashboard of some type, the ability to create reports, and invoices. I realize these features are available on the Mac version, but some of us work primarily from our iPads.
    Thanks!

    Hi Karen,

I had been focusing on updates for iOS 26 recently. I added support for Liquid Glass, re-worked the UI a bit for that, and in the next update will have easier access to the settings on the record details screen on the iPad. Since there’s room up there, I added a button to take you directly to the Settings screen now.

I also added the ability to get to the Reports screen from the selected record so that if you have a report that’s setup just to print the selected record, you’ll have a record selected at that point which you can then generate the report for.

I also added a delete confirmation alert to the swipe to delete function to help prevent accidental deletions of records when swiping.

I also added a search scope function when finding records. Granted, I did have that in Tap Forms 5, but I had neglected to put it in Tap Forms Pro. But it’ll be there in the next update along with some of the other features mentioned above.

I also recently added the Highlight Negative Numbers feature to the iOS version for Number fields.

So I have been adding features, but also fixing bugs and working to be compatible with Apple’s changes to iOS when they brought out the Liquid Glass UI enhancements.

I’m also working on an HTML exporter feature for the Mac version.

I would like to give you the ability to create reports on the iOS version directly at some point.

So I have been busy and hard at work on improving Tap Forms Pro.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
