There are 125 records in our database. I need to export them so my partner can review them in Google Sheets, make any changes, then I’ll delete the existing records and re-import the updated records.
When I use the export tool, it gives me 252 lines, not 125. And many of the fields have extra quotation marks and special characters.
I’m on a Mac. I’m including the exported file (which I opened from CSV into excel) as well as some screenshots.

great news. I turned off every field I could live without and it seems to have fixed the problem

Hi Seth,
It sounds like a linefeed issue. Did you try using LF or CRLF for the linefeeds?
You could also mess around with the File Encoding. Try MacOS Roman to see if Excel handles that format a bit better.
