Name Photo Based on a Field

Is it possible to name the photos based on a field in the form? I use tab forms cataloging auctions and it would be great to name the images based of the lot number and when importing the spreadsheet into the software we use it can assign the photos to the correct lot if the photos are named as follows

Lot 1 Photos
1-1.jpg
1-2.jpg
1-3.jpg

Lot 2 Photos
2-1.jpg

Lot 3 Photos
3-1.jpg
3-2.jpg

etc….

Is this something that can be done in tab forms?

Hi Rich,

I should have called “Tap Forms”, “Tab Forms” :-) It’s the most common misspelling of the name :-)

Anyway, if you have a CSV file that has photos named that way, you can import the CSV file and then copy the photos into the Photos folder inside the following folder, you can have those custom names:

~/Library/Containers/com.tapforms.mac/Data/Documents/Photos
