    Hi!
I am considering switching to TapForms from Bento. I have two questions:

I have also mp3 files in my database. Can I listen to these files directly in TapForms?

I am working with a project partner who should have access to my database. Does TapForms have the possibility to share? He needs only to be able to browse my database.

Thanks for your comments and help

    best,

    Hello Daniel,

As we’ve already spoken about your MP3 question via email, I’ll just respond here anyway because other customers may be interested in this also. Tap Forms can play back MP3 files if you use the File Attachment field type and attach an MP3 file to your record. Tapping on the document button to the right of the File Attachment field will display a screen that you can play the MP3 file on.

As for sharing, you can email your records to your project partner, but he wouldn’t be directly browsing your database that way. He would basically just have a copy of the data you emailed to him. The email would be a CSV file which the user could import into their database.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
