    I am using iCloud and have sync the form between my Macbook, iPad and iPhone.

    I just added some pictures to one of the form on the Macbook. It was sync correctly onto the iPhone. However, on the iPad, it appeared as some “broken” icon. When I clicked on it, it says “Missing Picture” and I was giving the option to remove the pic or OK.

    Any idea why?

    It would seem that particular image didn’t sync over. The reference to it synced, but the actual photo attachment file hasn’t come down to the iPad version yet it seems.

    Try closing that document on the iPad and re-opening it. And/or try rebooting the iPad to see if that solves the problem.
