Migration Problem from TF5 to Pro

So I finally decided to upgrade to Pro tonight, and I am having problems getting my TF5 database to update to the Pro version. I have tried both methods (the Send method and the tfarc method) and the result is the same. The database I have has a form called Contacts (about 2,500 records), and also a form Friendship which has records related to those in Contacts (about 13,000 records). There are also a few smaller forms as well. When I upgrade, two things are happening:

(1) The 2,500 records in the Contacts form disappear. The form is there along with the custom searches, but no records.

(2) The Default layout for the Contacts form “moves” over to the Friendship form. So the Contacts form loses its records and its default layout.

Any thoughts on what might be happening?

Hi Dave,

That’s the strangest problem I’ve seen yet with migration. In fact, I’ve only ever seen one or two issues with migration.

Would you be able to send me a backup of your Tap Forms 5 document so I can run it through Xcode to see what’s going wrong for you?
