    I have recently purchased TapForms for my iPhone 5 and iPad3 (both with ios 7 update). The barcode scanner opens up quickly on the iPad but on the iPhone tends to take variable amounts of time to open (for 15 sec to a minute or til autolock). I had seen earlier post about this (Sept, 2013).

    Any suggestions? Recommendations?

    Love the product even when I have to wait.

    Hi C Bowen,

    Hmm… I haven’t seen that happening in the most recent version. It was a problem a while ago, but only when you opened it up multiple times in a row. But that problem is gone now.

    Can you try a full reboot (power off then on again) to see if that helps?
