    Before I buy taprooms, I need to know if I can import my 20,000 item FMPro DB.

    Hello Cheryl,

    Yes you can import 20,000 items into Tap Forms. You can also create as many databases as you like so you can split them up if you feel they’re getting too big.

    You can also download the 10 day free trial version and try importing the data first to see if you like how Tap Forms works with your data.

    I have tried three times, and each time a few more records were imported, but the third try imported only a little over 1,000.

    Hi Cheryl,

    This is usually a symptom of a mismatched File Encoding setting.

    Also, if you’re using Bento to export your data, make sure you use the .bentoTemplate format and not CSV format. You’ll get a much better export and import that way.

    Duh! I WAS trying to use the tab and csv instead of going through Bneto. Works great! Thanks for the quick support!
