    Hi Brendan!

    I’ve got a new MacBook Pro and when I try to install TF 5 using my license I get the following error: "License code has already been utilized"

    Why is that?

    Hi Henrik,

    You’re allowed to install Tap Forms Mac 5 on up to 3 Macs. If there’s a Mac you’re no longer using it on, go to the Tap Forms Mac 5 menu and select License… Then click on the Deactivate License button. Now you can use the same license on your new Mac.

    Oh, I didnt know that. So what if I used another MacBook that I no longer have access to? I removed the program before I did quit my job but is that machine using one of the licenses? Is there some way I can see information about what computers that are active?

    Hi Henrik,

    What you can do is deactivate the license on the computers that you do have access to and re-activate them right away. Then let me know when you’ve done that. I’ll look at your activations and remove the one that didn’t get updated with a new activation time. Then that’ll free that activation up again for you.
