    Hi Brendan

I have a problem with Tap Forms in that when printing labels on each consecutive page the text migrates slightly upwards, so by the time I reach about page 8 or 9 it is off the labels. It’s becoming a real problem as I need to print over this number of pages on a regular basis. Any suggestions? At the moment I’m having to export everything out and use Bento to print, which somewhat defeats the object of having moved to Tap Forms.

    Many thanks

    Andi

    Hi Andi,

Which version of Tap Forms Mac do you currently have? I’m pretty sure I fixed a bug like that in one of the most recent updates.

If you can select one of the Borderless page size options, try that to see if it helps.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hi Andi,

    Ya, that’s old already.

Please update to Tap Forms 5.3.4. Either go to the Mac App Store to check for an update if you got it from there, or use the Check for Update command under the Tap Forms Mac 5 menu to update.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Brendan.

New problem… when I click Check for update, it brings up:

“Update Error! Tap Forms Mac can’t be updated when it’s running from a read-only volume like a disk image or an optical drive. Move Tap Forms to your Applications folder, relaunch it from there, and try again”

I’ve checked and it’s installed in and running from the Applications folder on the hard drive. Any ideas?

    Hi Andi,

Hmm… Ok, well just download the disk image directly from here then:

    https://vendors.paddle.com/download/product/503174

Then just open the .dmg file and drag the Tap Forms Mac 5.app file to the Applications folder. Let it overwrite the old version.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
