    Hi,

    In tap forms, I use the passcode lock for general information, and encription for passwords, codes…

    Once in while, somehow the passcode lock stops working. when I go to settings I see that it is switched to off (without my help…).

    Then I need to enable it and set a password again.

    Any idea why it’s happening?

    Hello Gabi,

    Hmm… That’s odd. I wonder if it’s happening after a sync with iTunes? Not sure why that would happen, but the passcode is stored securely in the iPhone’s keychain, so I’m thinking maybe something there is causing the problem. I now that’s not a solution, but I’m just trying to understand.
