What a disappointment Tap Forms has turned out to be. After convincing my parents to spend $35 on the iMac version and $9 on the iPad version for Christmas… the supposed “sync” between the two devices, using iCloud, does NOT work as promised.
After syncing the 469 records in one form (each with one photo) from the iMac to the iPad using iCloud, only ten (10) records on the iPad display the photos that are in each one of the 469 records on the iMac.
What is the issue? This is beyond annoying, after reading about how supposedly “simple” it would be to sync the devices between such products. Thank you.

It may take a while for the 469 photos to sync as they sync independently from the database file itself. So give it some time with Tap Forms running and check back on it from time to time.
It could also be that iCloud Drive is stuck, so a reboot of all your devices can help with that.
