    iPad v4.0.6
    OSX 10.9.5

    Not sure what is causing the dates to appear on the attached listing about halfway down on the list. It only happens on 1 of 3 saved searches. I have deleted and redone that search and the dates still appear. Any ideaa?

    Hi Ron,

    It has nothing to do with the saved search. It has to do with the First Sort Field. It does that because you’re sorting by a Date field. It’s the quick index search for navigating to the different sections in your list of records. If you swipe your finger up and down along the index on the right, Tap Forms will jump you to the different sections.

    Ok, but why does it not appear on another list? See attached.

    Because of the number of records returned. I have a cutoff point where it made no sense to show the index if there were few rows. If there were lots of rows you would want to have the index available so you could quickly jump to the different sections without having to scroll repeatedly.
